Jacked Up Jambalaya Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb. of Jimmy Dean’s Hot Breakfast Sausage
8 oz. Pack of Jody’s Jambalaya
12 oz. Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Cup Flour
4 Eggs
1 Tsp. Tony’s Seasoning (or your favorite seasoning mix)
2 Tbsp. Milk
2 Cups Plain Breadcrumbs
Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley flakes

Brown 1 lb. of Jimmy Dean sausage.

Cook 8 oz pack of Jody’s Jambalaya as directed without adding meat.

12oz of Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese.

Combine all 3 ingredients in a bowl until evenly mixed.

Using a 1 ½ inch scoop, form balls with combined ingredients from above.

Prepare 3 separate bowls:

Flour
-
Egg Mixture (Eggs, Tony's Seasoning and milk)

Plain Breadcrumbs

Dip each ball first in flour, then egg mixture and finally in breadcrumbs. Place on tray.

Cook in air fryer or oven at 350° for about 15-25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes approximately 35 jambalaya balls.
